Ordering & Delivery
When should I order
Edible icing sheets last up to 6 months, so they can be ordered in plenty of time.
It is best to order 2 weeks before your event to ensure vibrant colours and on-time delivery.
Ordering
Please be advised to check all details entered when ordering, including spellings, quantities, and details, as we cannot take responsibility for errors made on your behalf.
Ensure the delivery address is correct on check out, we do not hold any personal information re addresses, card details or numbers, following GDPR. It is the customers responsibility to ensure delivery addresses are correct.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 5pm Monday–Friday are processed, printed, and dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 5pm are treated as received the next working day.
For example if you order at 9pm on a Monday night, this will be treated as an order placed on Tuesday and therefore processed, printed and despatched on the Wednesday.
Weekend orders are usually processed and dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Office hours are 9am–5pm. Please allow sufficient time, as we cannot be responsible for late delivery due to orders placed outside working hours.
An Post aim to deliver next day, but delivery typically takes 1–3 working days and may take up to 5 during busy periods.
There is no postal service on Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We use standard letter post (untracked) with An Post to send out toppers. Toppers are posted in a grip seal bag and then placed into a hardback (Do not Bend) A4 envelope, extra care is taken not to damage items. This should fit through a normal letterbox.
Regretfully, we do not have a collection option. All orders are posted out.
We do not guarantee Next Day Delivery under any circumstances, as delivery is out of our control, once orders have been posted.

We cannot control postal delays (weather, strikes, holidays, pandemics, etc.).
If your topper is returned due to wrong or incomplete address, a new order will be required.
Christmas: expect delays. Final posting date is generally December 19th. We close from Dec 19 – Jan 2 each year.
UK & Europe
We provide standard post (untracked) to UK and certain European Countries. Post generally takes 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday), please allow ample time for your order to arrive to you.
